The Opportunity

This Team Assistant role sits within the Funds Management division. You’ll work closely with domestic and global investors across a diverse portfolio of real estate and infrastructure assets, managing key institutional relationships, supporting capital partnerships, and contributing to strong, long term investment outcomes.
The Responsibility
- Manage complex diaries, daily tasks, and travel for multiple leaders, while coordinating investor projects and cross-team communications;
- Arrange meetings with full logistics including AV, catering, and bookings; process expenses, invoices, and reconciliations via Serko;
- Handle onboarding, events, document prep (agendas, minutes, reports), and ad-hoc support to ensure efficient team delivery;
- Assist the Executive Assistant with overflow and general ad hoc tasks as and when required.
The Expertise
- 2-3 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant/Team Assistant/Coordinator role within the financial services, professional services or property industry.
- Outstanding organisational, time management, and communication skills with keen attention to detail and interpersonal savvy.
- Embody collaborative, value-driven behaviours: rally teams, solve problems proactively, and innovate beyond the status quo.
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent; business/admin further education advantageous.
